Gladiator of the Month: Tyshawn Bryant

The Gladiator of the Month for March 2024 is Tyshawn Bryant, founder of Green Regimen!

Tyshawn started Green Regimen out of necessity, not by opportunity. While being in the health

and fitness industry for 20+ years, he never expected to own a plant-based protein company.

However, his mother called him one day and told him that she had cancer. That ROCKED his

world!

So he traveled back home across the United States, and over a 4 month period he nursed her back

to health by making her green smoothies and keeping her on a 100% plant-based diet. 50 lost

pounds later, his mom is still cancer-free and Green Regimen was born!

His goal is to prevent others from receiving a phone call as he did from his mother that day.

Through Green Regimen, he is sharing the success that he had with his mom...with the world!!!

Tyshawn is an exemplary human being whose life purpose exemplifies what it is to be a true

champion of the people. And this is why he deserves this honor of joining Team Spartacus as our

Gladiator of the Month!
